Constructed in 1987, the Building comprises two office towers with a retail element at Ground Floor and Podium Level with a gross floor area of approximately 1.3 million square feet. Tower One is 46 storeys and has a height of approximately 172m, while Tower Two is approximately 166m high with 42 storeys... The Building design was inspired by Australian architect Paul Rudolph of Wong & Ouyank (HK) Ltd.... Initially called the Bond Centre, the Building was later renamed the Lippo Centre in March 1988.''
